Spring Reboot
A 6-week whole body reset based on East/West seasonal nourishment and restoration practices
BEGINS
THURSDAY,
APRIL 18th
Take the first step on your wellness journey
The Spring Reboot is a whole system reset to bring us through Spring and into Summer feeling vital and resilient.
The goal is to reboot your system by committing to one month of simple healthy nutrition and lifestyle practices, all based on traditional East Asian and Functional Health principles, and focused on your individual needs.
The nutrition part of the program is taught through recipes, seasonal eating, and tips on finding healing foods and optimal preparation.
The nutrition portion is supported by safe and simple self-health detox support practices.
We do not incorporate or teach any purging, medical or harsh cleansing practices.
What to Expect

Schedule
We begin Spring Reboot 2024 with an Opening Circle Zoom on Thursday, April 18th.
Week 1: Orientation
(provided upon registering; to complete before Opening Circle Zoom)
Review the Reboot materials and get ready to begin!
Week 2: Prep Week
The purpose of Prep Week is to establish your Reboot goals, prepare your pantry, review the course materials, and gather ingredients and supplies.
Week 3: Tidy Up the Temple
Tidy Up the Temple focuses on the first steps toward your whole body reset. Tidy Up the Temple Recipes are spring-focused and whole-foods based.
Week 4: Deep Cleaning
Deep Cleaning week focuses on easy to digest foods and gentle life practices that support organ health and cleansing. Deep Cleaning week can be challenging, and so rewarding. We are here to support you.
Week 5: Back to Basics
The Back to Basics week is similar to Tidy Up the Temple week. We will be enjoying more variety in both foods and activities while still keeping things simple.
Week 6: Reintroductions
Reintroductions week focuses on reintroducing foods from your normal diet that you have decided to bring back in. This is the most important week of the nutrition part of the Reboot and we will be here to guide you.
The Online Classroom Experience
The Spring Reboot takes place inside of the Wellspring Membership on a platform called Mighty Networks.
All course materials are housed inside this platform, and each week’s module will include action items and resources to assist you through that week.
For support, communication, and accountability, we connect via the Community Group, which is a forum inside the Spring Reboot to post questions, updates, pictures, and receive feedback or support.
We also meet for a series of live Zoom calls for additional connection and learning.
This year’s Live Zoom Calls will take place on the following days and times. They will be recorded in case you can’t make it.

What Previous Spring Rebooters Have to Say:
Lauren C.
Overall, I feel a lot better physically and mentally since doing the reboot. I feel more in tune with how I'm feeling and what my body needs and doesn't need. Funny enough, I had an immense amount of energy without coffee. This has shown me that eating the right foods can give me so much life and energy!
Stephanie B.
I loved how thorough everything was, and obviously very well planned out. Julia and Andrea are clearly both experts in nutrition and whole body wellness. Wonderful class - you ladies are awesome!
Jennifer F.
